Hi, I’m Jess - the baker behind Little Ash Bakery.

I’m a wife, mum to a very busy toddler, and a lover of slow mornings, warm bread, and bringing people together through good food. What started as a creative outlet during early motherhood quickly became something much more exciting - a little dream tucked inside the front porch of my home.

Little Ash Bakery was born from a simple idea: fresh, homemade bakes made with care, available to my local community in a way that feels warm, welcoming and personal. I’ve always loved baking - the process, the calm, the creativity - and after becoming a mum, I found myself wanting to build something of my own that worked around family life whilst giving me my own challenge.

And so, the self-serve bakery shed began 💛
