The Self-Serve Bakery
Every Saturday, I open the doors to Little Ash Bakery from my home in Ash Walk. It’s a simple, self-serve set-up — fresh bakes, an honesty system, and a menu that changes weekly depending on the season and what I’m inspired to make.
You’ll usually find:
- Fresh bread (including my much-loved Country Oat Loaf)
- Focaccia flavours
- Brownies and traybakes
- Seasonal cakes and sweet treats
It’s become such a special part of our little community, and I’m endlessly grateful for every single person who stops by.
Seasonal Pre-Orders
Alongside the weekly Saturday bakes, I regularly offer special seasonal pre-orders throughout the year — think Valentine’s brownies, Mother’s Day boxes, Easter treats, Christmas specials and everything in between.
These are always limited and tend to book up quickly, so keep an eye on my social media pages and website for announcements. If you see something you love, don’t wait too long to order!
New Collaboration: Cavenham Forest School
I’m also incredibly excited to now be collaborating with Cavenham Forest School to offer the exclusive Forest Party Feast for children’s birthday parties.
Charlotte runs the wonderful Cavenham Forest School, creating magical outdoor experiences where children can explore nature, build confidence, and enjoy hands-on adventures in the woods. Her forest school sessions are all about creativity, learning through play, campfires, and making unforgettable childhood memories.
When families book a birthday party with Charlotte, they now have the option to add a Little Ash Bakery Forest Party Feast - a selection of homemade bakes designed especially for hungry adventurers after a morning of woodland fun.
This collaboration means so much to me because I get to work alongside another small business that shares the same values of creativity, community, and childhood magic.
Custom Requests & Enquiries
Because I’m a one-woman bakery (with a toddler assistant who keeps me on my toes!), I don’t run as a full custom cake/biscuit/bake business - but I do occasionally take on special requests.
If you have an idea, celebration, or something specific in mind, please feel free to message me. I take orders on a case-by-case basis depending on capacity and family life, but I will always do my very best to help if I can.
